Getting started

Where do you train people?

Wherever suits you: at partner gyms, outdoors, or at your home. The free consultation helps us pick the best option for you.

I am a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with little or no experience. Every session is scaled to your level and your confidence.

Is it suitable at my age?

Ryan works with adults of all ages, including those returning to exercise. 16 and 17 year olds can train with parent or guardian consent.

Pricing and sessions

How long is a session?

Every session is one hour long, whether it is 1:1 or in a small group.

How much does a session cost?

A 1:1 session is £40 for one hour, face to face. A group session for two to four people is £60 for the whole group.

Is there a saving if I book several sessions?

Yes. A block of 10 one hour sessions is £360, which works out at £36 a session and saves you £40.

How does group pricing work?

£60 covers the session for the whole group of two to four people, so it splits to £30 each for two, or £15 each for four.

How much are nutrition plans?

Nutrition plans start from £40 and are tailored to you and your goals. Ask Ryan about it at your free consultation.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give as much notice as you can. Ryan agrees the notice period and any late cancellation terms with you when you book, so there are no surprises.
